Hits London whilst this train strike is on, they'll not know what to do!
Might come this way today. We haven't had snow that settled for at least two years. Before that it seemed every year we had a bout of very deep snow and storms. One year I had to take the decision to close my place of work (a College) for two days due to heavy snow. The staff were quite cheery about it. Most of the students hadn't bothered to come in anyway.

Just rain in middle England @Bobby Mhor :rain:
You will get this one Bobby even though he was on the side of the English b*****ds, sad news about Graham Taylor passing away today, a good club manager for us who cut it short the first time to take the national team job

@172traindriver Met the man once, a nod and hello.
Watford was a regular pre-season visitor to Morton.
They stayed at a posh hotel in Largs, I was in after the game and they were all sitting in their tracksuits.
He had warned the team before the game, 'don't give this bloke Ritchie any chance of a direct free kick'..
they didn't think the big man could score from near the half way line, pick it out Sherwood

A wee brief history of the 'Idle Idol' HERE
You can keep yer Messis, Ronaldos and Bests....

A mate of mine was a prison officer at the time at the local holiday camp the 2nd time he was at the Villa @Bobby Mhor.
I remember my friend telling me a tale of him doing a visit and a talk to the holidaymakers.
He got a ribbing regarding his time managing the national team and the turnip comments, but he was a true professional, took it on the chin gave it back and went down a storm according to my friend.:okay::smile:

Not just me that goes for a night walk.
When I'm at work, my walks are always in the evening. After driving for 3 hours, it's nice to get some exercise! Then drive 3 hours back.

I've waked down it too - but in summer!
The only problem with winter is that there's no ice cream to be had!!
