We have mild but dull and dismal weather up here with a bit of wind. Not sure about cycling. Won't be far if I do. Already had a brisk four and a half mile walk before brekkie though.

I have also finally extracted the finger and have started eating a bit healthier and cutting out the rubbish. Hopefully start seeing and feeling the results soon. You have inspired me!
