Afternoon Folks
Bit of a cool 50 miler today
Worst bit was cleaning the bike afterwards, fingers were frozen drying it off. Had to come inside midway through for a hot chocolate to warm myself up before carrying on

Mr Classic will say he would have dried the bike in his shorts and tee shirt
Nothing like the proper winter of '65 or something like that

I'd the buff beneath the lid but my forehead was 'freezin' into that bleedin' East wind...

I did only 40% of yours or in old money, half a Mo

He was obviously amazed at your speed and couldn't comprehend how your little legs were propelling Polly so quickly

I don't have cyclist legs, more suited perhaps to a prop forward
