Good afterboon folks. I have driven 50 miles. Traipsed around Newtown and morrisons. Paid bills. Spent a fortune in morrisons and now i am knackered.. Now for some food

Even although my legs feel like shoot, I have had a spin over to see dad. Bleeding nasty headwind coming home. Hope we're not going to get a lot of wind again this year. The legs aren't up to battling it these days.

Will get straight out for a wander now before I seize up!

No, I got out. Pleasant wander along the trail by the river. Sun was out but still a coolish breeze. No complaints though.
