I'm finding Windows 10 a bit awkward to navigate ATM, and moving all my folders and stuff across has been a mammoth operation*, which is why I haven't said hello today.

Could have got you a copy of Windows 97, why didn't you ask?

None of this constant updating required, like Windows 10.

Why wasn't an external hard drive case given free? That way you'd have had all your files on a backup drive.

I had my own external hard drive already. It's still not a 5 minute job transferring 10 years worth of stuff from A to B via C.
