Much better, thanks, although we had some bad news concerning Mrs B's health last week so we are still a bit in the dumps and struggling to cope with the thoughts of what lies ahead. Should still make it to Cyprus next winter (and maybe a couple more) though- fingers crossed.
Here's to few too many more.

Good morning all from sunny Tayside:hello:
Polly all set up to leave on another adventure..
Just before lunchtime start and see how far before tying up with my lift home.
Route has just been loaded on to bike comp,
I bet I just wing it as I usually do.
I'll be passing through hostile porridge eating country :laugh:(hopefully)
original route shelved this morning.
Still, a couple of hours to waste so more:cuppa:

Have a nice day.

Hostility towards each other????

Not sure what this thread is about but I have a cup of tea on my desk. Well, half of it's in a mug on my desk, half is inside me.
Owt & nowt.

Another resident of Dunning did a good deed for me and filled my bottle with water and ice cubes, most welcome today.:okay:
Pity I didn't know you would be in the area, I could have come over and chummed you along the road for a bit. The Dunning folk are mostly a friendly bunch. Zabeer the owner of the Nisa shop is a keen cyclist himself.

I am still melting sitting here. Think it's got hot too quickly and we haven't had a chance to get used to it yet.

I'll take you up on that one:okay: (you'd be too fast for me)
I'm afraid I was a bit dishevelled by then,
it was hot.
I'd met a fella looking at his bike at the side of the road about half a mile outside the village, got talking and I asked where I'd get supplies, he said I stay just at the start of the village as you go in.
His good lady filled it with water and ice cubes....
I just found out I just fell short of a 100 Km,
I wasn't thinking, I'd toodled back and forward waiting on my lift at M&S at Dunblane...
