@Shut Up Legs is just over halfway there on his third flight. A lone plane flying against the masses going the other way.

And always an Agusta Westland AW139, somewhere in range.
An Agusta Westland AW189 passed over my roof last night,
FR24 says it didn't.
Bob's radar says yes:okay:

This has replaced a Sikorsky A92 at Prestwick SAR base

The Shannon based SAR Agusta Westland AW139, was out twice in the early hours.

Shortly after the last one appeared ETD462 disappeared!

The landing wasn't really THAT bumpy, honest.
I'm home and showered now, and will be heading for my favourite local cafe in 30 minutes for a proper breakfast. :hungry:
Flight went well, checkin baggage appeared (I was worried it would be lost at CDG airport, which apparently doesn't have the most spotless track record for luggage management), and customs was easy.
It's a bit chilly here, but not too bad: about 5 degrees outside. Certainly different to the 20-25 degree minima I was having near Lourdes in the Pyrenees.

A very successful cycling trip overall: it really did go almost exactly as planned.

Glad you enjoyed yourself.
No problem getting your Swiss accounts withdrawals through?

There was a squawk 7700(Emergeny), two hours into the flight and arrival was put back an hour about 200 miles from making landfall in Australia. One of ten changes to arrival time.

Now the important stuff, get yourself fed. Then think about sleep!

You notice the ground speed, -0km?
