It was frosty when I went to bed but it's been rain so not sure if it will be icy underneath or not.

Happy New Year Tea Folks. I spent last night watching my phone for a Come and get me message from my daughter to pick her up from the partying , so i hope some of you have a bit of a hangover to make up for my good behaviour ......hope 2018 is better than 2017.

We left the bar just after 5am and I’m not going to tell Mrs B what the bar bill was! It was a bit strange as the bar is the main haunt of the ex-pat community here so we cheered in the new year twice; first at local time and then 2 hours later for the UK and Ireland. I should have more of a hangover than I do!!

Maybe you have, you just don't realise it yet.

Any prize for guessing?

Happy New Year Bobby. Accidents out on our roads with black ice. Glad I didn’t go out. Even walking looks treacherous at the moment.

Took the risk and only a few icy stretches encountered.
I stuck mostly to treated roads.

My girlies are petite. Seven stone wet through. I suggested a sedan chair, but then realised they'd not be able to pick up the chair empty, let alone with me in it. No, I just had to heroically plod on.

Witches familiar anything like "Old Peculiar"?

Old Peculiar is a warm and welcoming treat on a cold winter's afternoon, beautifully crafted and put on this earth just for man's pleasure (OK, it isn't Timothy Taylor Landlord, but then nothing else is). The other is a ******** cat, constantly waiting for the opportunity, dreaming about tearing your throat out then drinking the contents.
