Search tracking a mobile phone & mobile phone tracking.

There's various ones out there, that allow you to track any mobile. Some require the user of the tracked handset respond, others just the first few messages be acknowledged. With the second sort you'd be setting the
thing up, then no further action required.

Things to watch for is the cost of some of them, and some work with only paired handsets. Could be a problem if one of the handsets is changed at some point.

Check this out for a few ways to do it.

Nice to know you've not forgotten us, be hard I know. Hope you're still helping others in a similar situation.
Thanks Classic, I thought you would come up with something. That gives me something to research.

Forget the Tealandians, never! The site is still on my favourites bar. It's just that I'm so active on the other site when using the computer that I don't get time to join in discussions. I do take the occasional look in to check that all is well. :okay:

Yes, still working away on the Alzheimer's site and getting plenty of positive feedback for my efforts, which is nice when living in the mostly negative and difficult world of an overly anxious and depressed person with Alzheimer's. Now that I'm back home the AS are finally arranging my background checks so that I can be formally announced on their site. It's rewarding work that gives a real feeling of making a contribution because as well as giving advice and pointing people towards various resources it's also been possible to initiate putting safeguarding in place for people in dangerous positions that have arisen in their dementia affected lives. From my point of view it also lets me learn more about the subject and work in an environment that is devoid of personal emotional involvement - the latter being a relief from dealing with Mrs B which can take a heavy emotional toll.

On the personal front I had to have emergency eye surgery 11 days ago as I started to get some visual effects in my left eye that turned out to be symptoms of a torn retina. The eye still feels a bit odd and I'm due for review at the beginning of July unless what the surgeon described as a black curtain descends over the eye, which would mean an immediate report back!

Still, all in all, everything is ticking along well enough. I hope it's the same for you.

Hi @Blue. It is so nice to hear from you again.

Spyzie is one. I don't know how much it costs if anythimg, but it can work in stealth mode. You can track Mrs B without her knowing that you are keeping an eye on her. It costs about £5.00 a month and it is American as well. Just found that out.

You can also turn on the share my location setting on a phone. That would also tell you where Mrs B is. There must be quite a few aps around for tracking children. That might be a good way to go.

Sorrhy i can't be of anymore help blue. I hope you find what you are looking for. Take care. :hugs:

I have just been looking at the google play store and there are a lot there. Some seem to have good ratings. And i suppose if you have an android phone turning on the share locations is quite a good one to use as well.
Don't apologise, that's a great bit of help. I thought you would be a good source of help as I've seen you and Classic post in so many threads about IT stuff and, like Classic, you have given me something to research. I'm so poor on IT stuff that I wouldn't even know what to look for if I tried a search without getting help first. :highfive:

welsh dragon

Vodaphone have a small tracker, keyring size, if thats of any use to you.

Always thought the best to offer advice are those who have been there, done that. There's much that can't be learned from books that they're able to pass onto others.

Hope you get the eye sorted so vision is back to normal.
