We knew about this heatwave and decided to stay at home.

Anything over three days sunshine up here is a heatwave, plus looks like no end to it. There are migratory fish waiting to run rivers. A day of rain to damp the dust down would help.

Bet there's a few red people in Scotland now.
Not used to that blazing thing in the sky

Soon be time for Le Tour starting too. What a great spell for sport. World Cup, Wimbledon and the cycling. It's not exactly weather for being stuck indoors watching sport though but should manage to see most of it.

It's their winter, which is most cases is warmer then our summer.
I was to be a £10 Pom in 1966 but I didn't go...
Oh, I forgot the year '66 never took place here in Scotland

That's a good plan.
I reckon the French do look good, but hey ho, you have to be positive and hope you have some luck
