Getting slightly better but still way behind what I was managing a few years ago. If I could shift some lard it would improve but it’s proving a bit stubborn!

17 miles for me today. Very hot here still.

Started fairly fresh and then got a lot warmer towards midday. Nice little 77 mile bimble and now been watching the TDF on the sofa for the last hour.
