As its Germany......... and I recollect hearing stories that the vending machines in the car factories used to sell beer

It's the only thing I can find that keeps me going until lunch at 2pm but doesn't make me go all pudgy.

The homemade Müsli isn't bad. Chewing the beer mug can wear you down though.

Jeez, I have that occasionally except for a while I was knitting my own yoghurt, lovely natural tart stuff.

I’m presently in Tayside, the home of the best strawberries and raspberries. We take home punnets (let’s say more than a few) and gorge

Bit of cloud here. Not sure what it's going to do. Thought about bimbling over to dads but don't fancy getting soaked again today plus my back is niggling just a tiny bit. I will see.
