Many a time I have been out on the bike and been a bit down, but by the time I get back things can seem better. Being on your own in the fresh air can be really good to help you clear your mind when you are not at your best.
The rain will keep it and the smell/taste down, don't worry.Us Scots are not like you miserable lot
