Someone tread on your gravestone last night
I can't even suffer the smell of the stuff
back home after a quarter,
rather breezy on way back, fair tired Bob's wee pegs it did

I cycled over to dads to check for mail but just junk. Had a coffee and bikkie and headed back. On the bestest bike so made decent progress and a few PR’s. A rare occurrence these days. LolSomeone tread on your gravestone last night

It was spring like..
NW strong breeze which isn't much fun
but fair enjoyed..one of my regular runs with a mix of everything...
I almost felt sympathy for your alleged slowing..
