You sure?

You could have done what this one did,...

Close on a 1,000 folk a year end up injured falling out of bed in the UK. Just as well you only thought about it.

Different taste to it, and it's cheaper. Though the price doesn't always reflect this.

Morning??

Morning Mr Choo et al:hello:
'Tis looking like it could be a lovely day..

Brekkie first then I'll decide...
after yesterday, legs are heavy
(sitting too long:rolleyes:)
Mine were extremely tender after yesterday's hilly jog. Think the pounding of the descent probably caused as much if not more damage than going up.

A 16 mile exceptionally slow bimble done to recover. Need to wander round to the supermarket soon. Maybe a wander this afternoon. I shall see.

Always more risk of damage/injury coming down than going up.

Solution: Keep going uphill.

That was seriously hard going into that NW wind, it didn't let up,
the last 5 miles were a slog...
BUT
Lap 2 starts today..
I needed 19 miles to pass the Earth's circumference so technically now lap 2^_^
