Did you ask the solicitor, or are you going to wait.
Decided to change tact and go down the independent 3rd party route - a services company. It means everyone has to pay an admin fee for what I've been doing for free but they have all agreed as I'm quitting(whether I sell or not) and no-one else will take the job on.
I've had all the preliminary discussions with the residents and the company so there will just be a meeting next week where I disclose all documents to enable the company to put a circular together and get on with the set-up. It was while breaking my back over all this that it dawned on me that what I was doing might not solve anything and that everyone's needs would have to be met by a TP company these days. I've since discovered that a lot of other blocks have already decided that they have no option but to do this now. It would seem that the days of going alone are well and truly over.
Even if we stay put this will be a weight off my shoulders and that's priceless to me.

Look at this way, you can at least look back and say I started that off(with a copy of the original to hand). Whatever changes are made to it, it remains your baby.
The benefits to yourself will far outweigh any downside. And that is something you can't put a price on.

That's the way I see it too.
Still sunny here but I see rain on the way so I hope to get us out for our walk in the next few minutes. Jez, it started raining as I was typing that!
