I see there’s been another cyclist killed. 16 year old in Falkirk.

A few on our local Facebook page put up some cracking photos today, taken up there above the mist.
I gave up heading any higher as it got pea-soup quailty...
so down hill again and more pea-soup..
Didn't clear here all day, we are in a east facing dip though.
Quite possible, it'll be a frost pocket..

Morning all:hello:
If the forecasted rain doesn't appear, I'll nip out for a short run inside my Health Board area...

Way back when I had a CB I took a handheld up the top and was speaking to someone in Dundee. Think he was up the Law hill is it?
It would be, yes.
I carry a handheld in my handlebar bag and have high spots I give a call out, get the occasional call back, I've spoke with the Crieff fella on a couple of occasions. I missed him on the Knock, well, I just couldn't hear him so headed to where I thought I could but no joy. From his home location with decent antenna, no problem. He has a large VHF beam, it should be easily recognisable...
I have mentioned before I spoke regularly with George who was a blacksmith just outside your place(at a crossroads?), Hammer Man, if I remember correctly. Think he attended one of our meetings, I was a member of Scottish Hillbillies who all worked hilltops and high spots, yeeha!! Loved those days.
