Owdo

You enjoy your cuppa. The first of many today, along with cake.

We've about half a foot of the white stuff, since 03:00. Nothing moving.

Morning??

It'll probably be gone come the morrow.
Sad thing is there's no-one out, and no sign anyone has been out. Not even kids.

Why'd you need 2,000 Bulgarians, and why go to Italy for them!

Not much to stop you doing the path now, unless it's too heavy.

I did the path on Sunday and was just waiting for rain like last night and today to wash it down. It'll be interesting to see if it works. It seems to have done a decent job, but it's hard to tell when the path is wet.🤞

Didn't you say something about waiting for the rain, then having a race to do the path before you got soaked.

Yip, but I changed my plan as I thought the original had little chance of success. I opted for spreading the crystals then throwing some water down and giving then a light brushing.

In the end I ran out of crystals so a little piece of path was left undone - should make it easier to see if the crystals worked when the path dries.

That sounds like work, you're due to take it easy for a while.

I wish.

I'm starting to feel the need for a break but have to plough on.

Things in the kitchen and bathroom are starting to break and I'm waiting for the guys to give me prices and start dates. Mrs B is getting confused by the current arrangements and it was a nightmare getting her out to Day Care today. Pressure, pressure - let's hope the camel has a strong back!!

I knew it was going to be rough for a while so I just have to stick with it. Doing things like the path give me little victories and help me soldier on.
