How late? Not so late as to deny you your arm exercise I hope.
That bad, eh.
It'll not be as warm today as yesterday, so any further work may be delayed. Including yer plants moving in.
You were roasted I take it.

Morning??
Yep, I was a bit bedraggled after it, just enough breeze to take the fumes away.
it is still lingering but the sun has hit the area now so hopefully it'll be okay later..
no second coat needed..
must get fence stuff organised and get painting that..
slowly

Now if you'd done it this morning you'd have no strength left to do the fence. The fumes would have sent you high, meaning "management" would have to take over(whilst you rested).

You have finished screwing up yer fence then, and got yer battery on charge.

Going to 'paint' everything first, could be some time before I get to the rest...
sun beating down it on it now, water is beading so job done and no second coat needed.
Someone asked what the smell was, I oiled the decking, 'what for?' to preserve it ' it is pressure treated wood' aye, but it still needs a yearly treatment or is just deteriorates, 'does it?' DOH....
I prefer the oil, apart from the pong:laugh:

Has tha dun yet!
Yer painting it then putting cuprinol wood colouring on. Don't think that'll work too well.
If your warm, and dripping, take a break for rehydration purposes. No Kit-Kat mind...
Yer sure the oil is the cause of the pong. You've not hit a drain, or summat.

Cuprinol straight on to the wood..

threw some water on it today and it beads okay..
that coat will do..

Been a trip up to Stirling Castle earlier,
all these years and never been there,
must go back and see inside the walls

OAP ticket:laugh:

I was thinking of yer fencing prowess, less getting decked.

Now put up with that taste on yer mouth on a warm day...

Will they show you the cells beneath the castle?

A later than normal Owdo

Why would I throw the key on the river. They fine people for dumping in rivers, if they catch you in the first plaice.
Figure of speech, old bean....
Cod off..

Day 442
The days are getting longer, and spring is in the air...
The end is within sight, but will it be with a bang or a wimper. We'll just have to be here when it gets here to find out.

The day dawned misty, with no sense of what it may bring...

Morning??
