Could be, but with virgin spreading it's wings and failing in some parts...

If the mountain was blue, your glasses were the wrong colour. I'll assume you're trying to say it's sunny up those parts.

You flashing yer cards!!

Enjoy yer cuppa.
I was over one of the UK's top 100 climbs today..
Tak me Doon
although I did it from the opposite much easier side:laugh:.

Think the S side is a bit beyond my capabilities tbh....
nice day out, sunshine now..
was a bit overcast for some of my out..

I'm chuffed at still being able to do this in my late sixties, boyo.
The S to N, nah..
almost 900ft ascent.....
some very steep ramps with no flat bits to get a breather occasionally.
I've got the climbs book somewhere, I may have another done..
at least two in the next 100..
anyhoo off to find book..

How are the legs, or are you gonna wait whilst the morn to find out.
Will you be going up the next one the wrong way as well?

Put the book under yer feet on the table, whilst you watch the game.

Morning all:hello:
one monsoon shower mid evening, almost 3mm in one plop...
saves me watering plants (but some to be fed)
enjoy your day^_^
I noticed the roads were wet in bits when I was out for my early bimble. First climb of Dunning Glen this year and it was hard going. Nothing to do with the fact that I seem to be putting on the pounds just looking at food these days.

Morning:hello:
I'm trying to motivate myself..
It's been one of these times, I admit to liking my food..

and booze:laugh:
Let's be brutally honest, I'm a bit slower than I was when I took up the cycling lark again at 59..
I'm more than happy with what I do as I know I'm now nearer 70 tan pension age(mine)..

Seeing a LOT of electric bikes now and I got passed on a steep bit the other day thinking, no, I'm at least hauling my butt but I did not know the circumstances of that rider, I'll hold off as long as I can.
Keep in there..
I'm off out (to avoid the fence painting)

Sounds like you just need the right kind of motivation. Paint brush!

Man can not live by bread alone, and hydration is a requirement for life. Just be careful cycling alongside the canal that you don't get too much hydration.

So you were passed by someone, the important thing is did you acknowledge each other. If you won't haul your butt, who will.

Morning??

Ayup

Roads were nice and quiet whilst you were out I'll presume.

You could try eating with your eyes closed, see if that changes anything. If it does, you've the start of a new diet.
