Morning all

Plenty of toms, just not ripe yet
Only had six plants on the go, 4 bought, two from seed of which one is going nowhere for some reason,
plenty of cherry toms ready to ripen..

Nah, let the growth die back...
I've a check up on the 19th, maybe get it early and save me a trip..

How long will "plenty* last you, do you reckon. The one going no-where headed for the compost heap then.
Why cherry tomatoes. Tomatoes are small enough as it is.

Be brave when you get there, and whilst there.

Brave as H I was
Checkup and discussion about some other work in 16 days..
In traffic at Glasgow and got a call if I could manage in earlier, aye, give me 45 mins..
then we hit traffic backup
but got there..
I'd taken a book to read so then lunched at Maccy's then passed the time until Mrs M appeared back..
Odd heavy shower on the way back...

long story,
someone tried seeds and nothing appeared so I said I'd buy some plants, so two toms and two cherry tom plants, all have produced.
It got me buying seeds for sunflowers and toms (and others), I was really quite late but the late plant has trusses with small toms so hopefully a later harvest, that other plant seems truss less, weird.
It can plod away just in case...

In traffic at Glasgow and got a call if I could manage in earlier, aye, give me 45 mins..

Two more weeks and back again! You'll not burst into tears when you get the wallet out, will you.
Better than getting there to find out the dentist is stuck in traffic. You can't even claim for wasted time. They would.
Took a book to read whilst at the dentists, that's a new un. Were you not bothered about blood spoiling the pages.
Free or paid for this time?

single pepper plant all over the place....
flowers all opened then fell off the plant

Bit of a bump sadly.
One car had rear wing mangled and some front damage but nobody seen but we had just crept to the accident site as they were reversing back to clear cones, hopefully all are okay.
I'm having non alcoholic beer, Becks Blue just to use them up,
an accompaniment to the real beer I have

Why were you collecting cones, how many you got?

A matter of personal taste but Becks Blue is about the most tasteless of the non alcohol ones you can get. Trouble is they seem to have a big bit of the wholesale market and I had a long fight with Calmac to get something decent in the ship's bar. While I do not now drink alcohol anyway any alcohol when driving is illegal in Scotland. Not totally true but the limit is so low that even a half pint would probably put you over the limit.
Since you are a radio buff I may sometime put up a picture of our school radio club just for entertainment.
