That's one of the sort that have been taking off down south(way down south for you). You actually see it, or just followed it on the screen.
The marks above the cockpit, they're to help line up when it's being refuelled.

Just got the census in the post this morning. Got yours yet? Just took a few minutes to do it online so that's it done and out of the way.

They seem to assume absolutely everyone uses t'internet these days. I would rather tap away on a keyboard than write anyway so no problem.

Whirlybirds not been overhead for a while now. Either hovering or going somewhere else.
Get the odd SAR ones now and then, along with military flights.

Mostly light private planes and the copters, spitfire appears every year available for paid flights.

Wasn't it who was in the house at 21:00 hours on a certain date, nearly always a Saturday?

I'm sixty miles from the nearest SAR base on either coast. Doesn't stop them appearing now and again. We've three houses down the valley where they've done away with the cars. The swapped them for helicopters!
Used to get the Dakota flying over, when they had the 40's day in Haworth.

I admit it does rather irk me that it is a common assumption nowadays that everyone has a computer or smartphone and knows how to use then. I can think of one or two of admittedly ancients who have neither and quite a few people seem to have non smart phones.
I did mine online but would prefer a paper version.
