Can you cycle out on one side and come back on the other. Just for variety.
You're on a canal towpath, and you're going uphill and downhill. Did they build the canal the correct way.

nah, just a one sided path, it would be but there are some decent side roads off but they can be steep sods....
I'm just trying build up my fitness gain..

It already has a fan fitted...

A couple of seeds popping their wee heads through today..
Got my cold frame/mini greenhouse(very mini) painted and now fixed to the fence as it is so light.
All go.
