Just below freezing the noo..
0.5c to be precise, -1c the low..
I forgot to fleece ma wee seedlings,
I imagine the tray inside are all sitting in wee deckchairs and laughing at the poor sods freezing.
I gotta get with it.

We're down at around the same temperature wise, with just under an inch of snow since 05:10.

Yer seedlings will have gone into hibernation. Probably won't be seen again until they know it won't be as cold again.
They may never be seen!

I cycled a newly laid path (about a mile long ) which highlighted which houses has been dumping old rubbish over their fences

6.8 miles done. Nippy but nice, but the old back is still giving me grief. Been a few weeks now.

I was being retro back to the 70s when a quid got you a few pints, 17p mid 70s...
my first legit pint was Bass Special at 1/10 halfpenny..
I would never drink that yeeeeeeugh now....

9p basically..
Those were the days of 'snakebite', half lager half cider..
'diesel' cider or lager with blackcurrant juice
vile mixes..
Didn't realise how badly pints were poured here until I visited the Emerald Isle..
can never remember a badly poured pint...
I haven't been in a pub for years....

I'm more sophisticated now,
I use a glass
