Forgot to mention, I was UK winner in the Euromillions last night..
I can mention it here as no one ever visits here so it will fly under the radar.
This life changing amount will never change me..

You got that dirty that it took a day to you!
Did it come complete with mangle, which you were "press ganged" into turning.
You moved quicker when you were at school then.

I was made scrub constantly....
Acme mangle, of course...
now we have a machine which does everything but make tea and has lots of nice tunes to let you know what is happening..
too easy nowadays,
only kidding don't buy into this crap 'it was the good old days'...

Washing yer smalls the old fashioned way I see.

You realise that doing that, eating only "healthy foods", means you cut out the chocolate, cake and yer McD's coffee, amongst other items.
70'ed out. Thought you said you weren't old enough for the free bus pass yet!

My opinion is you should invest it. What in, is another matter though. I've some magic beans you can buy, if you want...

You were left with yer non writing arm, couldn't spoil yer schoolwork, larger more developed than the other. Nowadays they'd be someone round to stop that sort of thing.
Current one doesn't have any beeps, bells or whistles, load up, switch on and leave till done.
T'is too easy now. Unless you want to play "Name that tune" whilst yer doing the washing.
I don't know, we did things that wouldn't be done nowadays. Play outside, walk to school. All the while, "Jack" was wandering about these parts, but it didn't stop us. There'll have been similar near you, no doubt.
Nowadays, it's not safe to play outside, let alone walk to school.
There's over a dozen kids living on't street, but to just look out you'd never realise there were any.

Twas why I asked if you were cleaner with all that scrubber. Granted you're now onto getting hosed down at the door.
Much the same as missen, but I favoured Meccano over Lego. Now nearly all considered unsafe, or too advanced for kids today.
Walking to school, is too much like hard work, and unsafe these days.

More like too advanced, the first thing oldest Mhor did when they got their first house was get his lego back..
Airfix models were a big part of my life, not those mega ones but planes, ships. I wasn't that good at the painting part, those small tubs of Airfix paint...

It's targeted advertising, the app has informed Google, who have tried to remind you via your telly.
They still want to charge you full whack though.

Clean inside and out...
Didn't most of us do just that. None of this "its not safe" malarkey.
We used water, with a little bit of soap for those stubborn bits.
Take a look at the "advanced" models they do now. Then compare it to the Meccano "Super Models" of days gone. There's no real comparison that can be made between the two.
Advanced because it contains a motor!
Some of the "Super Models" had a live steam engine, or two in them.
Your not the oldest Mhor!
Do they still have their Lego to pass onto the youngest?
You think you might start on the Airfix kits again. Idle hands and all that...
How big a square, or two.
