The old coax is Andrews FXL540 but it's not produced anymore. Will have to shop around and get prices for alternatives. Still, it'll be cheaper than a pair of Continental GP5000TL tyres.
That much!
I just checked the tyre price.

Cruel choice though, cable or tyres.

I had a little go on 432MHz on tuesday, not too bad, need to renew my coaxial cable though, funny how things fall apart when they're not used for a while...

I used to monitor the 432 stuff but with a severe lack of activity, I recently acquired a 5 ele 70cm beam (for a side project).
I have some good take off spots S I could cycle to even just see what I could pick up, if there were more GM activity I could even get dropped off by the XYL...
I like 70cms but it's a dead band here plus as I said I'm in a VHF/UHF dead spot unless it's very local or out the Forth Estuary..
that IN99 looks an ideal contesting spot.
You did well.:cuppa:

I'm still doing some 2m FT8 but only around lunchtime but occasional spotted in GI, G, GM and GD.
Just wait until a big 'bird' flies over..
15w into a colinear..

Once again, this time in English.

I can see you've had problems with bits dropping off, possibly due to inactivity in dead spot you're in. Parts being bought to try and overcome this problem create another.
You're also a fan of Sesame Street, and your watching out for an oversized flightless Central American bird, or Mary Robinson flying over.

A quick check with google with the above two names, gives an interesting result. There was a "birthday special" for Big Bird subtitled "Let Me Eat Cake". This leads me to believe that the pair of you are planning on robbing a bakery.

6.37pm first pitch and yes....

I'm getting up too early, days a long 'un then..

Got a dual plum tree for fathers day..
it'll be potted so need more compost first..
Pretty precise start time.
Hope they win, if they deserve to.

It's twelve hours already today for you.

How's a dual plum tree differ from a plum tree, two types of plum?
You sound as though you're yet to see it.

Owdo
Had a lie in or just busy, busy, busy?

Don't watch much US TV live, so I'm willing to take your word on that.
Badly, or just as bad as normal.

Decision to be made as to which you want, when you can eat them.
You reckon it'll grow in a pot, or will it need planting out.
Edible ones!
