Morning all:hello:
Have another :cuppa:, go on, go, go, go on......

Thought you'd given up eating cake.
Yours, what you have left after yer Sunday Sundae, are safe?

They've all gone back home. Did they leave "anything" behind that may be eaten.
Why not...

Never said you did need anything any bigger. Just an odd manufacturer, who's best thought of for their bigger vehicles.

Similar pattern without the hollies here. Maybe I'm on the edge of the system compared to you.
15 mins...
And hope there's no stupid losses.

Still got ssssh..cake..
of course, I had a leftovers tea:whistle:
tarmac outside looks wet..
and I'm in the mood for my daily bowlful

aye, porridge:ohmy:

Owdo
Didn't have to twist yer arm much...

What's a ssssh...cake..?
They only let you have leftover cake and tea, that's a cruel and inhuman punishment. Next time demand the first slice and a fresh cuppa.

Not long started here, but in for the day nonetheless.
You got yer daily bowlful then.

What else! Somehow I can't see you as a cornflakes type person.

You'll not be moving any time soon, now yer settled. Fed and watered, can't be bad, after the bike ride.

I like cornflakes but it has to be Kellogg's,
nobody can do them...
Frosties are different..
Asda or Lidl 'copies'..

Love me gruel..
all microwaved, real oats only..
none of these packet ones..
and only milk, nothing else added..
that is sacrilege..

My youngest called me in the worst of it...
pest:laugh:

Aye, not moving..
my activity thing says I'm 41% for the day...
I did 22 miles.. what do they want?

Have to admit, it has to be the named ones, not a shops own brand when I buy them. Shops own brand won't be touched, so money wasted.

You microwave yer porridge! Heathen.
Into the pan, with the milk(full fat), and to cook on the hob.

You a porridge pest?
Is yer youngest to big to clout round the earlugs?

"They" want the 59%(56 miles) you've not yet given. And as time goes on, you'll find the amount they want from you will increase slightly. But only if you give the 100% more often than not.
Rest yer weary bones, you don't want a machine telling you to move...

You think it'd work?

Only with the proper ceremony, but I'm sure you can work that out.

No difference between microwave or pot, microwave does air it well...
it's an art...down to the second...

Funny how you call them kids when they are all 30 or above..

Only 8 hours 'till breakfast:ohmy:
I'm off...

oh, has to be full milk none of that skimmed nonsense (although they remove most of the cream nowadays)

I'll take your word on it, never having made it in a microwave.
An art form you say...

Still young enough for a quick clip on the lughole!

That long, no midnight snacks?
Of where though.

That's what I said, full fat milk.

2/3 cup of oats
1/3 cup milk
1 cup water..
microwave 750w at 3 mins,
keep an eye with a min to go as it 'rises', stop/start if it does
ready...

I have given up my old midnight buttered bread and cold milk snacks:laugh:

Never used such precise measures.
Always used the same pan, making it thick to start with, adding more milk/oats as required.

No more sneaking down to the kitchen in the early hours?
