Good morning
Hope all survived THAT date yesterday....
We nearly got taken out turning at one of those stoopid painted roundabout things,
Wifie driving shook her fist, gave us the V for about a mile as she must have thought we were following her..
Stopped behind her at traffic lights, cue more hand 'signals' so we just waved back
then off to have our weekly brekkie and pint (me).
Hope she calmed down

Food is decent as well...
Must try their fish and chips..
I'm a connoisseur of fish and chips.

In a way you were following, headed in the same direction. Does sound as though she needs to calm down a bit, maybe more.

we got blocked in by a works van and I asked if bloke would let us out, F'off was his reply and he said he would be back in 10 f'in mins..
we managed using planks to reverse on to slabbed area and get away.
I hope he had a foot pump for his four flat tyres..
Didn't get a kick out of it...

Just had another to compliment my Dark'n'Stormy.....
watched a Greggs thing on't telly last night and they had a champagne bar in one of their shops, dunno if just for Xmas..

I’m finding it hard to cope with. I was frozen the other day. Out for a little jog this morning and I was melting. At least the house is feeling warmer.

I know its obvious but if I head out to do something in the garden even only for a minute, the house feels much warmer than it did before..
Yeah, I know a daft analogy.
Think my brain is fried.....
Last time I tried to jog, I got 100m and my ankle said 'No'

No idea. Forecast were for -8c last night, but it warmed up as the night went on. The wind, not forecast, has been steady away all night.

Quite impressive.

They might not want to push you out of your comfort zone. It's all stuff you've done before.
They keep you fed and watered whilst doing the gardening and other stuff though.
Young folk have a harder time knowing what hard(physical) work is these days. There's very few who've done it.
