Nah, they have to get their act together.
Da UK is planning its own tariffs/duties, whatever, as UK companies are missing out,
they bulk buy the same tat and at least double the prices (probably plus that)
so they'll offer a free online £60 shop to the present gov and they'll go through hoops to pass the legislation...
Grifters
The present cabinet has been known to accept Trumpian levels of freebies.
Old Keir will be rolling.

We have had the watery stuff falling already, no plain here for it to fall steadily on
Porridge, methinks to start the day.

Brain wasn't working last night.
Just lazy and poor service then.
No "homegrown" companies, with no tariffs, that can supply what you require. Maybe before long that low price you see on their websites won't be as low when you get to the checkout, and attempt to pay.
Bulk buy cheap tat and double the price, who'd do such a thing! Did see some marvelous tat, overstating its use here, bought cheap just to get the order of the other stuff, marked up to ten times what was paid for it. Always high on the upselling list, which I didn't like or agree with.
They'll do it, to show they mean business if for no other reason...
New bike?
I think that's been a part of the job since others decided they wanted to decide the rules for the rest of us.
In it?

Damp out, but the rain that tried to start last night came to nowt. Damp feeling in the air at present, but not actually raining...
Any alternative you could use to let it fall upon...
Just clean out the microwave when yer done...

Is it firing on all cylinders now, or the electrical equivalent.

Enjoy the day, or else...

Cheap tat is good...
I can pick up an odd board at 50%, all I have to is wait for it.
I understand money has to be added, I'm also paying VAT at the buying source (never had to in the early days)
The companies obviously buy at cheaper bulk rates. I can buy bulk, say 10 items at £29 and punt them out at 5.99 per item(I'm using small lipo batteries as an example), from the land across the sea, it is say £3 for one, here? 6.99 plus I pay...
Economic sense...

Scout hut last night and walked into another printing job:laugh:
Looks a bit 'interesting',
some stuff I have never done before....
We'll see when the files arrive....

Still no connections made with the 'project'..
I'll give it another week, but not expecting anything as very few around the central belt, and that will be if they are active, BUT who knows?
The plan of finding a high spot and leaving there for 18 hours etc, still is an option, got one or two sites in mind...

Funpacked, what's tha got planned/been planned for you this weekend...
Treat it as just two more days to the week instead, not a weekend/weekstart!
We could all be accused of being that. How long have you been going to "the shed" now?

Nothing planned here..until SHE decides
Shed? will find out when I finally pay my weekly dues:laugh:

How odd a board do you want?
Last time I bought anything mail order from the other side o'pond, royal mail held the items at Liverpool until they were paid 10% of their valuation of the items. Wouldn't agree with the list price or the actual price paid, even when they'd copies of both faxed(remember those?) to them. Then I'd to put a claim in because they arrived damaged. They disputed their own valuation.

Another "Da Vinci" piece?
Yer infamy is growing. Maybe not by much but... Top secret files!

You've checked the battery(ies) are working.
What's yer expected reception ranges for it?
Would absence of proof of activity equate to absence of activity... They may know yer listening, thereby waiting until you stop before starting again.
How much elevation gain on these spots yer looking at, and is that the only advantage they have.
Best o'luck with yer plans anyway.

Light rain for the last three hours now.
Weather alert tells me it will stop, but doesn't say when.
Sunny today, they say
Has any decision been made yet, that altered your plans.
In two minds about going then. Still got all yer fingers in working order, ready for the drilling to commence.
Nah, tomorrow or Tues, I don't know yet.
Monday is generally brekkie day

Still waiting on the top secret plans arriving....
this job apparently won't take as long

I don't order from Taco Land,
too much grief..
Import duties for the land far away would be payable even for businesses, so it could still be a win-win self-ordering.
They flood you with each stage emails....
Everything apparently is awaiting flight at the airport...

Yesterday..
Test 1.jpg

Top one, received by ???? (I checked with someone I know from there, 2 nodes showing on the UK map from that locale so....
Privacy is why they don't give out who receives you (I think)
I also got this, ack is obviously acknowledgement
test3.jpg

route thing works
Test2.jpg

Set up needs a resonant antenna and more testing. if I do a cross-border raid, who knows?

No indication yet of plans for today.
My mind hasn't been made up for me yet:laugh:

Carrier pigeon or picked up from a pre-arranged point?
It's the stuff that "shouldn't take long" that ends up taking yer time though...

Can accept the import duties, no real problem there. It's the holding to ransom for a cut of their value by the company paid to deliver them. After everything else has been paid.
DHL do that, item received, item on route to depot, at depot, on route to local delivery hub, at local delivery hub. They even send a picture of the item being delivered. And the last three times they've been used, not my choice, that picture has never been of my house, and I've had to point it out to the sender.

Did they know who it were?
Privacy, nah. They don't want you to know who intercepted yer message. Just showing that they're aware...

Good to know the route thingy works, could come in handy if you've to beat a hasty retreat on yer next cross border raid. No arguing over which turn-off at the next roundabout. Even if the satnav doesn't agree...

No indication yet of plans for today.

No rain here so far...could be doing with some.
I see now with the big river place (and maybe others, all duties are paid to them and they pass them on) if you order from Taco Central version of their site, I still wouldn't bother...

Headed E earlier via a predetermined route and got Acks in four places...
one mesh is on my list and I can't trace him, I was in the area of the Queensferry Crossing at the time I'm sure, it'll pop up at some point, I've asked for a position report (and whether I get one LOL), have emailed one of those who ack'ed me.
Looking forward now to travelling S on the next cross-border raid as a few pockets in places....
Today's run was originally supposed to be tomorrow's.

Not much here since about four this morning either. There's a hosepipe ban here.
Well, if the big river place is putting itself forward as the market owner, not a stallholder, all fees should be payable to/through them. Not leaving their customers to sort it out.

Eastbound and down... The predetermined route chosen due to possible contact being made, or were the contacts by chance.
These "acks", were they a possibility of known contacts all along? You went over the bridge I presume, away from any interference with a little altitude thrown in?
Trying a new route you've not travelled before on yer next border incursion...

How'd you know it's not tomorrow, no brekkie...
