Good afternoon
Off early to the W coast..
Did what we had to do then off for a bit of lunch,
sat at the 'Splash', Esplanade and enjoyed the low cloud over the hilltops to the N.
Then back home....
Shops looked awfy busy....

Evenin...
Weren't a clandestine raid on a secret base were it?
Sat eating yer fish n'chips whilst admiring the low cloud.
There's been fog all day here, ruling out any chance of seeing clouds, low or otherwise...
Were the "Splash" Esplanade part of yer old haunts, or just somewhere to sit and watch the world go by.
Last weekend before yer big day. They need to be certain they'll have everything, and more, they need for when the shops shut for a day.
Manic Monday tomorrow if yer up to a challenge...

We don't pour sherry in the trifle as the kids love it, never have TBH.
Nice quiet run through although m/way busier on the way home, quieter after Glesca.....
Peace ruined almost after we arrived back,
Oldest Toodle wondered what I was doing when talking to some one on the radio (Poland)
Meanwhile I reckon over a dozen jags today....

DJ? stopped when I returned back up the river to my old stomping ground, visions of moving to the capitol city but the future Mrs M ended up through on the W coast...the rest is history.

Kids love fruit, costs me a fortune for a weeks lot but they wolf it down....

Changed AA batteries on the flashing fairy lights out the back, 9 or 10 days out of four of them, 9 hours per day.. still had some power in them.

Been dry but cloudy, no current bun today, 7.9c just now..

I caught up in some older stull posted by some of them I subscribe too, tonight more likely the same.

The roads are busy everywhere. Stuff to get, some might even pay for it, people to see...
Were it Toodles nearly causing a breach of the peace, and quiet? I'd not have let her jag me if I were you. She look as though she believed what you told her you were doing.
A dozen! you must be getting worse. Or else it's because of what she saw you doing.

There's that six years again though. There must be summat in the six years bit. Don't think you'd have suited yer capitol, too many narrow streets, high rise buildings. And then there's the more modern stuff.

You got room anywhere for an apple/pear tree. They could help themselves as they go past.

Rechargable or disposable batteries used on yer lights outside? Not bad going to get that long out of a set of them, I'll give you that.

No sun round these parts either, the fog stifled any chance of seeing it. Into the low teens, temperature wise for most of the day. Still they promise us snowmaggedon is on its way, tomorrow.

Nowt on't telly again? Get Scrooge on for the Toodle Twins, Mickey's Christmas Carol. Show them what happens when you don't believe in santa.

Don't know what they're promising you up there though...
You'll have to get yer skates on to make that appointment. Be brave, ask for a lolly, it is Christmas Week afterall...

8.2 mm now so not much since earlier...
Temp now the lowest since the mid of night..
now 6.5c and dropping.

Oh, and no jags...

Yer well organised on the medical front. A vet to look after you between visits to the nursey. Can't be too many with that to hand.
Only one, so far, end of February. They said it were urgent, in October.

Just damp here, awaiting the return of the fog. No actual rain.
Seems darker today for some reason.

I had to take the wooden syringe downstairs as she left it up here...
Youngest saw me with a packet of wee chcoy biccies and wandered off, asked to get up so I started sharing with her whilst we watched the Minions movie. I'd two left so I took one then gave her the last and showed her the empty packet, I got THE look and she slid down and left me..
Strange child, imagine missing the end of the Minions

Some amount of these 'win a house' 'win a car' adverts popping up..
Anyhoo, one more nursey before Christmas and visitors arrive soon after...
so a busy morning.... a day off as well.
