I started something else but not too sure about it, may have to do a part again with a similar colour, we'll see.
Funny thing earlier, I worked a NI station in Belfast and laughed when I saw his address (I had to find the last part of locator) and it was my mates old street (or Parade)..just goes to show ya.
and yep, not logged up yet.
In other news, I was on to the Noo Yokk Toimes online chat earlier,
just like here the lad tried to send me to 'Offers' which didn't work for me as a subscriber, offer was for NEW ones so they can dance...
Started summat new, what were wrong with what tha were doing. Cast aside to finish at a later date.
Will the new colour be a difference that'd probably work alongside what you've already printed. An accidental mistake as it were...
Did you let them know you'd been in contact with someone else on the same street. Neglecting to mention it were some time ago. You'd have him wondering, at the least.
Ooh the Noo Yokk Toimes chat group, get you...
How much were they hoping to extract from you as a new un.
A shoe, a shoe..
Best stick with making the gruel as I'd probably burn the corn flakes
Orf to log
A shoe! You've odder cold cures up there than I have...
If you think you'd burn the cornflakes, I'd agree. Stick with what you know. Especially if you want to keep Homer happy.
You do that, and have fun...

On a cold and frosty morning :hello:
It is a bit chill than lately here at The Towers,
nothing beats :cuppa: to warm and cheer you up, go on....

Poor old Homer, he's that old he is fading away..
You can still buy them...
Early 2000s, they say.

I'm using silver silk PLA but not a great finish, the grey basic PLA should be much better.
2 hours to find out, I'll go down and set it up.

NYT?
I've used the gamer app for years, got to keep the ole grey matter fit..

Think we have a day off today...

I thought you liked the colder weather... Jack will be round soon. May be here a bit longer this time.
Is that why you like the colder weather, a cuppa warms the cockles of yer heart. I believe porridge can have the same effect.
Enjoy whichever you have.

Fading but not quite gone, quite a fight he's putting up... Fading away and soon only the memory will remain, then you'll be in trouble.
A quarter century and still going strong, not bad for a cup.

The names seem to be nearly as bad paints. Can you get a basic grey these days.
Sounds as though yer not keen on some of the colours.
How's it looking so far, or do you set it running then leave it doing it's thing?

Does the NYT gamer app help the olde grey matter?

Day off, what'll you do do you know yet...

I was just saying that to Mrs M on my way back from the dibdib place minutes ago

It keeps the grey matter ticking over Ireckon, plenty of online games to play but I tend to play during the night.
Things like wordle, suduko and other word games.

The ultimate finish id what folk do when creating the piece, I can occasionally 'improve' the odd thing, the thing is some colours do not show the 'finish' as well as others.
I've got to 'like' various makes and certain colours, quite a lot kicks about, the same factory but different brand names.
It's all done, one wee bloop but I'll look at it tomorrow, maybe.

We have the two girls for some of the day tomorrow, hide the ice lollies !!!
Think a :cuppa: is in order..
and yes, not done yet although spent too much time on other things today.

You'll not like the latest forecast of a warm weekend then.
She takes you there, and she brings you home!

If you want to keep the olde grey matter ticking over you need to sleep a bit. Most people sleep at night, don't you... You doing okay with these word puzzles then. Still doing the crossword.

The ultimate finish something you strive for, each time. You avoid the colours whose finish doesn't meet expectations, or keep their use to a minimum when using more than one colour.

Like anything else, you have yer own preferences, manufacturer(s), colours, amongst other things.
Yer latest project is a Bloop? Was it planned as one and what colour(s) did you use.

Inside of you would be the best place to hide them. They'd find them if you hide them anywhere else. Even in out of (their) reach places. Only half the day, you heeded what I said and decided to take things easy at last.
You think a cuppa is in order, what about a biscuit, or two, to go with it.
Well, Friday is scout hut night, once in a while.
What could be more important than a cuppa!

Good morning, folks :hello:
Sun is shining. Looks like I might get lost with a spell of early gardening.
Luckily for nearby neighbours, the grass is trim:laugh:
Toodles twins due early morning..
Delightful.
Enjoy the weekend:cuppa:

Some one likes all the windows open:ohmy:
I just got up instead of lazing about.

I could have been busy here but thought a couple of hours out would do fine.
Nah, but I do like it looking good, if an everyday object, it doesn't really matter.
I'm giving it a wee break for a while.
Like everything else, no need to be sticking with one brand, cheap is cheerful,
The obvious place is as cheap as any unless I buy 4 or 5..the odd place has flash sales.

Right, I'm off, the opposite of logging, checking ins and outs to do..

Odd, it's doing similar down here. You manage to not lose yerself doing the gardening. Or were it easy enough find yerself when you did lose yerself.
You could have cut it with shears, no need for a noisy mower.
They there yet?
You yours...

Even when it's breezy, or does the warmer weather mean someone can indulge their fancy...
You snuck downstairs for a cuppa!

Which won, the few hours out or the garden...
I can understand you(anyone) wanting the pieces they print looking as good as they could, especially if it's a show piece, not a functioning, everyday item which would soon show usage.
That's nice of you. Giving yer printer time off for work well done. You ever get similar...
The Big River place being yer obvious place, or is it one of the Chinese lookalikes. Show pieces/gifts getting the better stuff used on them.

Creating work fer later on you mean. Do yer Ins and Outs always tally, number wise.

It never got a break,
I had made a couple of sunflower windmills but a spacer needed extending so bit the bullet, measured and scaled up the original and now, a couple fitted and some spares made..23 mins..
Printer maker store does good deals occasionally but the net is awash with brands made by different companies and sell, so I buy them plus some I liked using before, I'm going to have a look at some stuff later over the weekend.
Trying earlier to explain about R2D2 to a three year old, it would have to be a rebuild after the twins got their hands on it..
About to settle down for the evening..

That poor printer, expecting a break only for it not to turn out that way...
And these Sunflower windmills now adorn various parts of yer garden, or did they disappear in small hands.
Do they turn freely in the wee breeze you have up there. You measured twice and then printed...
Spares, you plan on printing more, or were/are they part of a set that you scaled up. 23 minutes, spacers alone or for the windmills.
They do the whole caboodle, printer plus ancillary spares and supplies?
No favoured supplier for yer PLA and PTEG, or do you go where you find the same item the cheapest. You buying more or looking at printing more.
Could you sit said three year old down in front of yer computer and play them some youtube shorts where R2D2 appears. Might explain it better than words ever could. Or might lead to more questions asked...
R2 survived the "Dark Side", more than once. Are you saying the twins are more powerful than the "Dark Side"!
Yer settled by now, no doubt.

I was innovating...
I have a couple for placing out.
I did the deluxe version with ballbearings...
Oh, they work well.
Think is , my sites across the far sea aren't that much cheaper plus remember the route that spool took via Frieberg in der trip.
My next buy will be some marble, it lays and looks well,
I have a brand in mind...not one of the bigger names though.

I never thought of that, next time she is here, the Toob it will be..

4.9 mm so far.

A birthday party later, youngest is 2 today...
Man, she is bouncing...

Brekkie time, the usual I thing.
