Now, not wishing to sound too much of a luddite, but 'tech' doesn't really 'do it' for me. I accept that it has made life easier, and I actually quite enjoy the Gadget Show, even if I often have no idea what they are on about. I like my Garmin, but if anyone can explain why it has suddenly stopped automatically uploading to Strava despite me downloading the latest 'thing' from the Garmin site I'd like to know....

So why the post? Well, I've just found the latest version of Windows Media Player has automatically collected all my music files, and is happily playing them in the background on my laptop. Never knew it could do that....

Anyone else either flummoxed by tech, or been suitably impressed by what can be done?

I haven't quite got over the shock of seeing my first Etch-a-Sketch back in the early 1960s!

I'm at the halfway mark- some of my tech I fully embrace and adore- then there's other things (like catchup/ on demand tele) which I have no real idea how it works so I bury my head in the sand and hope it goes away!

At 60 plus a bit, I embrace most technology, although some uses of that tech', like Twatter, I abhor.
