Anything, just go to the soft drinks/pop isle in the supermarket, threes loads to choose from. Get the non added sugar/sugar free ones. Aldis tins of pop tend to be very good and cheap I've found. Also blackcurrant squash etc can be nice hot in this weather.

San Pellegrino Grapefruit...yum...generally only at Waitrose though ... second choice the blood orange (more widely available)
Not overly sweet or calorific
Otherwise if you like tonic or soda water, Fever Tree have a big range. With an alcohol free gin maybe?
I like a high juice squash like Sainsburys Apple and Mango (none of that no added sugar muck though)!

I love Grapefruit juice mixed with sparkling water.
Get the "fresh" one from the chilled isle.
I like blood orange too mixed with sparking water, if you can't find the juice in the shops maybe squeeze from fresh, if available.
Iced coffee. But I only like it with loads of sugar
Agree, but I would only make it on a hot day ... very seldom here in Scotland

Kombucha. Not only healthy due to lack of alcohol, but also actively healthy due to being a fermented drink. There's an increasingly wide variety available and things involving ginger and lemon feature in even the most rudimentary selection.

If I am not drinking then I choose Diet Coke or tea
but that's me

I have tried Ginger Beer which ticks all the boxes but I don;t like it for more than a few glasses!

Any recommendations? Not too sugary soft drinks, ginger beer, lemonade. This is for health reasons.

Fizzy mineral water and fruit juice, 50/50 mix? Germans drink this by the gallon, usually with apple juice. So do I, as I've always been teetotal. I prefer the sharper taste to the usual sugary drinks.

To really wind up purists drink out of a wine or whisky glass; make sure it's full for maximum effect.

Cawston Press Rhubarb Sparkling juice. The Asda near us does it and is a nice change to the Cokes, Pepsi & Fanta's.

I do love a wee lucozade or cream soda too. The former probably doesn't fit the low sugar requirement but the latter is sugar free.

0% Guinness, assuming you can find it
Those funny Italian n/a aperitif things.
Crodino is the name of one. Alcohol free Campari style of drink.
There's a yellow one too
Can drink them neat with ice or with tonic.
Angostura bitters, decent dash, and tonic. Experience tells you how much. Start small and work up til you find the flavour you like.
