Talk in sentences with a beginning and an end. Don't just let the sentence ramble on.

Some decent ideas.

I had completely forgotten about standing up while on the phone. Years of sitting down at a helpdesk suggested that sitting down would be fine.
Also treating it exactly like a face-to-face interview, Ive just spent the last 1hr preparing for it as I would a full interview.

I wont be hanging up on them, I have enough notes now to keep talking for hours
