I got the last 5 mins of my journey in thunder and lightning whilst being pelted with hard rain... sky went black and cars were putting their lights on... still, nice to be out in it in my s/s jersey!!

I've been to London once (or twice

Its interesting to ride in s/sleeves in rain and still be warm !!!!!! (and not from effort)

Back to the weather - localised heavy showers here. Stayed off for the visit to the Police Station - the staff were brill, had patrol car, fire engine, police drugs dogs, fire dogs, fire investigation van, police camera van (with a cell), horses...great 2 hours - kds even had police uniforms to run about in.
it hot hot hot here in Norfolk 9pm and its still 18C, they have put the country on Heat wave alert 3 out of 4 apparently http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8128382.stm
