cyberknight said:I have the C size one and found the rattling very annoying , i have some ross rechargeable AA batteries with a plastic converter to C size that dampens it a lot .
Now i only use the torch on the unlit part of my route , maybe 15 minutes atm and use a bog standard light to be seen with in-between.
Will try some shims maybe later when i need it more

To cure rattly batteries, use a piece of kitchen towel between batteries and Torch internal diameter.
To remove batteries, take off rear end of torch, tip bike up on rear wheel and bounce the bike until the batteries slide out into your hand.
So simple, my twelve year old son thought of this in less than 30 seconds when I first fitted the Tesco 3W 2 x AA torch.
