7/10 for me as well.

Although according to them you can't replace an inner cable on it's own, you need to replace the outer as well.

2/10. But then again, I have no idea what chain suck means, several of the questions relate to modern bikes, about which I know bugger all (the headset answer, eg, is only true for a-head, not for quill stems) and more than one of the answers strike me as decidedly odd - eg, I can't imagine how you would go about sorting out a dink in the rim with an adjustable spanner, and as Stephec says, I've replaced any number of inners-but-not-outers over the years, and yet I live! Perhaps most tellingly, I've ridden many thousands of miles on many many bikes, three of which I've built up from the frame, and haven't had a single thing done on any of them by anyone but me. Test that, doods.

I got the disc brake question 'wrong', but from personal experience I was actually right

0/10. Seems that "hit it with a hammer" isn't the universal fix-all I'd previously thought

6/10 although I can strip and rebuild a bike with my eyes closed. Maybe I'm more practical than academic!

I got 5/10, but I'm not claiming to be a mechanic. I'm sure some could be answered more than one way and disagreed with the chain suck one which I got on a brand new bike, that had only done a few miles.
