BBC sport is reporting Tevez won't be returning to Man City after he was interviewed on a chat show back home in Argentina and said he won't be going back, not for a holiday, not for anything.

Amongst his comments - "There's only 2 restaurants, everything's small, it rains all the time", and I bet we've all experienced this with Manchester, "you feel bad when family or friends come and you can't take them to the movies because they can't understand anything".

Yet, he'll happily sign a contract with two different clubs in this horrible city. Does the massive signing-on fee he'll get each time have anything to do with that do you think?

Don't believe a word he says. He'd sign for Rochdale, Bury or Oldham if they offered him enough. Though, I hope he moves to Chelski so he can screw things up there. He makes Balotelli look like a grown-up.

He may be a money-grabbing, selfish prat but he virtually single-handedly kept Mancini in a job this year.

Sir Alex was right about him.

Sir Alex was perfectly happy about him when he had his services... ;)

Most citeh fans I know would be okay if he stayed, but I think also happy to see the back of him..

not convinced about the 'kept mancini in a job' local radio claimed they actually got better results without him in the team ( may or may not be true, something i vaguely remember during the fa cup build up  ) . might only be the time just before the cup final when he was out injured..

that's about the size of it. He's not a player to wander round the pitch in a huff because he's in dispute with the club. He may be no easier to get on with than Balotelli, but he scores a lot of goals and helps others score more.

Maybe - but as you imply he is a world class player and he gives his all when he's playing.

West Ham fans still love him.

He seems to care and give everything, which as a fan makes him a favourite.

Being money grabbing etc is par for the course.

As for the comparison with Balotelli

. Tevez is a world class player who would walk into any team in the world.

Balotelli is an odd fellow, who wouldn't. I wouldn't want him in the Norwich team I support.

He's not a team man - which we are based around.
