I am looking for routes of about 100k, dep SW London going up theThames valley, relatively quiet with at least one break for lunch/11's/tea possible with an interestng destination/waypoint preferred. Circular route or one-way only with return by train equally interesting. Will wish to keep vertical ascent at around 1000m. Any recommendations?
