I come originally from flat Essex, and there are some riding dsys I wish I still was! Spinal surgery just before lockdown, but have manged to top 600 miles, more than I expected. Old Scott roadie, flat-barred, older Trek rigid MTB, slicked, and much older Revell mixte saved from the dump.
