I think that if you have to explain a joke twice ... it isn't really a joke, or even remotely funny.

Was put in for
i) the interminably miserable farts on here
ii) those who are hard of thinking and not quite as clever as some other posters
iii) those who like to pick all other people posts apart but get sniffy when that happens to them .

I think that covers things.

I'm often over on the Essex coast for work and the FM band starts filling up with Dutch, French and Belgian stations anywhere beyond about Ipswich. For eclectic, you can't beat Radio 100%NL- every track they play is Dutch! I can't remember the frequency though. Radio 10 on 87.7fm is good as is Belgium's Joe FM on 104.1. France Bleu 94.7 play some good stuff (more oldies) as do Dutch NPOon 96.8. Some good stuff out there, though I'm not sure my long suffering colleagues who often travel with me will agree!
I get France Bleu and Calais Nord that i can remember. There is a good late night Jazz one but i have no idea what its called. Every now and again i pick up a Dutch station.

They seem to broadcast sports whenever I tune in. I'd be impressed if the long wave signal made it to Glasgow. I can only get it down here at night.
I meant when I used to live in Italy, the station was broadcasting in Italian.
Now I know you are talking about a different station with the same name.
Of course I could get it in Glasgow if I was so inclined: we do have fiber optic broadband, you know? ^_^

Aah, but not quite as much fun as listening through the fades, whistles and general uncertainties of good old long wave!
You're not having proper fun unless you're listening with one of these...
