I remember watching the footage of him and his associates answering questions ... that woman with the frizzy red hair in particular - she sat there and said how sorry she was for all the anguish caused to the Dowler family - and she said it without even batting an eyelid. Her words said, "I'm sorry", her body language and facial expression said, "I don't give a sh*t".

Chap on the news just now pointed out how amateurish it is to have MPs conduct the enquiry - in the US and other countries a role undertaken by prosecuting judges.
