I had to pop into work this morning, just to briefly check on a couple of the instruments.
A freind had been in touch Friday asking if I fancied a ride out at the weekend so I mentioned doing the commute with me as it's quite a nice route mainly through country lanes etc.
Well, it was really nice
I've never done it on a Sunny Sunday before, it's always been at the crack of dawn or rush Hour, just grinding away trying to get to work.
Cruising along in the Sun ,drinking in the scenery and chatting to a mate put a completely different slant on it
Bl**dy seatpost slipped agin though so my quads are killing me now!!!
