Last Sunday

Preparing for a big ride beginning of next month, so more to come this month but I’ve done enough for another tick! 50km and 50m.

Frist 100km ride since the Ride London last May!. Poor maintenance meant I hadn’t got round to topping up tubeless fluid and front tyre was loosing pressure so had to drop one final planned lap of Richmond Park. Good ride, windy but shows how much work I’ve got to do…

Weekend before.

Returned from nearly 3 weeks in India to break my fitness pattern. On return put on every item of Cycling clothing I own and went out with Cappuccino Hub Velo ride, added a bit to make it 81kms or 50m. One of the joys of Hub Velo is the no of different routes they have. Still being shown new roads that I’ve ridden past before.
