Wow. I got in, saw on PCS that Pog was off the front and assumed the inevitable so I watched the Women's, which was an exciting race. Then I watched this, expecting maybe a good sprint for second. Blinking heck.

The footage of Skjelmose asking ‘have I won’ and finding out he has won is incredibly sweet! As was his post race interview! I love it when the underdog wins!

Young Joe Blackmore did well again. Finished just behind Powless and Nys in 14th spot and over half a minute up on the next group.

If Pog is getting fatigued it might make LBL a better race. Wonder how (or even if) he'll ride Fleche Wallone - normally comes down to the final climb but apparently the run in is harder and Remco is talking about making the race from further out.
