Yeah he concealed a lie, but he raised a lot of awareness for cancer, and for cycling. He just doped better than others and it gained resentment .

So how many people do you know who were not aware of cancer before Lance got it? Bearing in mind everyone knows at least one person who has had it.

Male cancers 15 years ago didn't have a lot of awareness, and makes generally will ignore signs of lumps etc down below, so I think he did do good in raising testicular cancer awareness especially. All cancers have been giving greater awareness in the last few years, wasn't that long ago they didn't have the publicity they do now.
