Great performance by England, particularly Tremlett and Bresnan, who only have a handful of Tests to their names!
BTW, if I was Bresnan, I think I may have asked Ricky Ponting if he wanted a 'fukking referral' for his dismissal!
Should be a formality to wrap the game (and Ashes) up by lunchtime tomorrow, and then head to Sydney bouyant and playing almost exclusively to their own fans at the SCG for a 3-1 series victory!

I don't think I care too much about whether England go on to win the series 3 - 1 or completely take their eye off the ball and end up 2 - 2. The part that matters is that, when everything was at stake in front of almost 90,000 spectators, only one team was capable of facing the pressure and playing arena cricket. And England did that with great character and application.
My initial prediction was for England to shade the series 2 - 1. That still could be the result - and perhaps an ''honourable'' draw would be good for filling the Sydney Cricket Ground up without allowing Australia to think that they are good enough to win without facing the need to patiently rebuild their team. Where my prediction was wrong was quite how emphatic the deciding victory would turn out to be. I didn't dare dream of that.
