Looks ok, hasnr @simon the viking got a dacia ?
I did consider one but our ( ie the wifes car which i occasionaly drive ) is a 58 plate with 33 ,0000 miles on it so not worth changing as theirs nowt wrong with it besides a few car park scratches and being filled with kiddy detritus.
EDIT
Whats the engine like ? the 1.2 put me off because i thought it might be a bit underpowered fully loaded ?

I have indeed its a great car for its cash.... and the 1.2 engine when car is fully laden has got just about got enough power to pull the skin off a rice pudding.....

Mrs V (who doesn't drive) commented the other day when I stuck my foot down pulling away from stationary on a short slip road on to a dual carriage way said...... OOHHH it can go when it wants too!" I replied that I was thrashing its knickers off and if I drove it like that regularly it would last about 3 months..

I joke about it but I do like it and it hasn't got enough power to get me in to trouble with the feds.... been there got the points..... all expired now:smile:

I have come to the conclusion after 45 years in the trade that there are not many bad cars available in the UK now, I feel the Rover City Car was the last bad one I can think of.

The problem with the rover city now is spares... I had bloke in the other day upset that I couldn't get something ordinary for it (I forget what.... pads or something.....) and he said he had only just bought it..

I took a door card off one once and it was held on with wood screws, I thought even though the car was a few months old somebody else had been in before me, a few weeks later another dealer, another car guess what.

I think Rover paid Tata less than £2,000 each for them.
