After my first (and only) 50 mile time trial I was incapable of getting off the bike without assistance.

And then I did a 100 (just the one). What was I thinking?

I was too tired to watch the Justin Lee Collins thing we'd recorded - the one where he learned to surf. I started watching it where he was practicing on a surfboard, then I nodded off and woke up at the bit where he was practicing on a surfboard, then I nodded off again and woke up at the bit where he was practicing on a surfboard, then I nodded off again...

Hmmmm. I've been thinking about this. I reckon that what you want is a couple of hooks hanging from the ceiling on the end of stout rope. Sew sturdy loops to the bottom of the brassiere. Return home, attach hooks to the loops, put arms in the air and jump off sofa or just sit down quite vigorously. I reckon this could be adapted to include an automatic tea maker in the arm of the sofa.

Might work for Arch but my sports bra has heavy underwiring. Ouch!

I'm sure all ladies would flobble under the circumstances. Except for possibly Kate Moss, Tara Palmer Tomkinson and the really skinny one out of TrinnyandSusannah. Hell, even I flobble when pushed!
