When my cam comes you can see what I get

I know what you mean mcs. My cycle along the sea view route was terrible in this mornings sun!

When it's raining however and windy it's a different story!!

OK so my commute is urban, well in excess of 100 sets of lights in a 6 mile commute, BUT, I do two World Heritage sites (Greenwich, Tower of London), I cross the 0' degrees longitude, I go over London Bridge and see Tower Bridge, I commute with captains of industry, mandarins and your MP, and the number of cyclists I see per day is measured in three figures, even in winter.

There are tourists that fly half way around the planet and pay many months wages to see what I see every day

As long as I breathe, I attack.
My commute goes past fields full of sheep with lambs and i might see 2-3 cyclists on a good day .

Coming home yesterday morning i was following a partridge who was to dumb to run into the hedgerow and i must have followed it for a good 100 yards before it worked out where to go .

I get too see sunrises over mist covered fields with hardly any traffic and i often wonder how i would cope with things like traffic and traffic lights ............

then when i is - 10 or below mid winter i i could easily die of hypothermia in an unlit ditch i think you guys are lucky

I'm not violent by nature, but I'm buying the most expensive ticket I can get on the west coast line to get up to Cumbria and give that smug bugger a fourpenny one right on the snout.

Good on you Mcshroom, in a place like that, do it while you can for as long as you can.

Keep cycling too.

Note to self - 'Leave for work earlier, take camera, capture atmospheric shot of Tifosi leaning in casual fashion against suitable piece of countryside against dramatic Fenland backdrop, make urban commuters insanely jealous
Nice shots there mate, bet it's a bit different mid-January :cold:

What's the bike by the way?

It's a bit different in the winter, and the payoff for a coastal commute is much higher average wind speed and average rainfall, but on a good day it's a great feeling .

The bike's a Dawes Vantage tourer
